Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders placed before 1:00 PM will be dispatched the same day. Please contact us before the cut off time 1:00 PM. We can either exchange or cancel the order as you wish.

The item  arrived damaged?

Please contact us via email: info@claudiajason.co.uk along with your order number. would be grateful for the attachment of the image.
