All descriptions and photographs contained in on our site for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods.  we cannot guarantee that your computer’s brightness adjustment accurately reflects the colour of the goods, the colour of your goods may vary slightly from those images, we cannot guarantee that goods will always be in stock and available, products shown on our site are scarves and fashion accessories unless otherwise stated.

Returns Policy

For any reasons not happy with your purchase, please advise us within 28 days from the date you make the order, we can either exchange or issue a refund, damaged items must be reported within 7 days.

Returned or exchanged item(s) must be in the original package and have tags still on, we take great care in checking item(s) before being sent.  

Please note sale item(s) can not be returned or exchanged.

Due to hygienic reasons and in compliance with EU regulations, we do not accept returns on worn condition, we will accept items that have a genuine manufacturing fault.
